4 of Swords – If you are currently in a romantic relationship, you may be feeling a bit disconnected. It is important to let your partner know what is going on inside, but remember that your feelings are your own, it is not necessarily their job to try to make you feel fabulous all the time. It may be that you simply need some time apart. Don’t hesitate to take it. If you’re looking for love, now is not the time to push. You’d be better off getting very, very specific about exactly what you are looking for in a relationship. The time will come when you will meet someone. That time is probably not in the immediate.
Queen of Cups – When the Queen of Cups comes up in the context of love, she often indicates a very positive outlook about a relationship. If you are single and she appears, it’s a good indicator that you should “get out and mingle,” as a new, very positive, romance may be on the horizon. The thing is, when she appears, it is easy to get carried away regarding love. Keep your balance and your perspective. Even with the excitement of brand new love, it’s important to keep track of the other things happening in our lives.
7 of Pentacles – With regard to love, the 7 of Pentacles points to things going well for the person that you have your heart set on. If you are not in a committed relationship, you need to be open to other possibilities, however. None of us have just one person that is the ONLY person that we can be with and have a deep, soulful, happy relationship. Don’t give in to feelings of suspicion or fear. All is well.
Strength – Love should be going very well – if you’re committed, this is very likely to be a strong relationship that is mutually supportive and beneficial. If you’re looking for someone, this is a much better-than-average time to meet people. You should be in a self-confident phase, so get out and mingle. You might be very pleasantly surprised by how things work out.
My assumption from this, is to say that sense the 4 of swords is in the “pros” position, it means that taking time to yourself, and to pace yourself in a sense will do well for the relationship, step back and breath. For the Queen of Cups to be in the “cons” means that the excitement of love and all the feelings you may be feeling, are actually working against you. You may be putting too much emphasis on your love life, and not balancing your life well at this point in time. The 7 of Pentacles is a positive card, so it does fit with your question. It says, basically what the paragraph above states, that all is well and things are going along smoothly in the relationship – so if he says he has romantic feelings for you, then its sure that he really does. And the last card in the spread is Strength – Meaning that if you follow the advice, and balance out your emotions, this relationship could turn out well. Just do as the cards said – Give it space, and dont allow the excitement of love overpower your regular life. You dont want to push him away or smother him, the cards say all is good.

The spread is slightly unclear, but…
I think the main message here is that you have to be patient with each other. The fiery “in love” phase is over, and, as infatuation fades away, problems begin emerge. Romantic feelings? Not so much. Love? Maybe, but love doesn’t appear overnight. You have to join forces to build it, if that is what you really want.
Back to the cards. Strength is sometimes named Fortitude: that is the “patience” meaning I have already mentioned. By the way, it is strongly reinforced by the 4 of Swords. You have to take things slow and reason calmly with each other; perhaps it would even help to take a short break from the relationship to find out where you stand. Right now, feelings run high, and there is a lot of covert resentment. However if, say, you take a trip alone, you will be able to assess you feelings. The same goes for him. Right now he may not be treating you right, but when you disappear from his life for a while he will be able to understand what you really mean to him, and value you more.
Why is Queen of Cups in the cons? Perhaps the cards are telling you that you worrying yourself for now reason. The Queen is very sensible: she has trouble asserting her will, and is easily hurt, sometimes by trifles. She is a kind of person who hears her boyfriend talking in an irritated tone of voice (perhaps his favourite football team has lost!) and takes it to mean that he doesn’t love her. Her approach is not valid in your case. You would be better to act more like a woman on Strength, who is also extremely loving, but who knows when enough is enough and is not afraid to stand alone. The lion’s temper tantrums and biting remarks leave her undaunted. She is strong enough to realize that everyone (including herself!) has weaknesses and is able to see past them. She forgives; at the same time, she is not a softie, and can gently, but firmly, set the limits of what she is going to tolerate. She and the lion complete each other, despite their differences. However, here the woman is the one who prevents the relationship from falling apart – everything depends on her wisdom, compassion, and self-control. Remember: nobody has the power to hurt you if you don’t let them!
The seven of Pentacles… Why, here is another card advising you to find some quiet time to evaluate the relationship, and be patient! We see the figurehead assessing the results of his work. The garden (the relationship in your case) is slow to grow; he is tempted to declare everything a failure and walk away. Perhaps this is the right decision, but it has to be made soberly, after making sure that what you have already cannot be mended. Because if you started at the beginning now, you will lose everything you have gained so far; and where is the guarantee that the new garden – a relationship with another person – will be any better? After all, the soil is the same, and the soil is your ability to take charge of the situation.
